“When I bought the tickets, I just did it in my father’s memory. I have never won anything and when I got the email that I won, it was like my dad, William Symbaluk, is looking down on me from heaven. He always looked after me, and I was always grateful for the care that he received at Holy Family, even though he was only there for such a short period. I cared for him for the last few years of his life before I had to relinquish care approximately six weeks before his passing. He was lucky to be in Holy Family, for three weeks at most. I miss him terribly, and this is just such a wonderful memory and gift for me.”
