Manitoba’s Unsung Heroes!

2021-04-08T15:40:52-05:00April 8th, 2021|

The following is a news release from The Long Term and Continuing Care Association of Manitoba. The battle against Covid-19 in personal care, supportive housing and assisted living residences has been real, overwhelming and sadly heartbreaking. They have been hit the hardest, and even though staff and management fought hard and worked long and exhausting hours, they lost many residents. Often times, these residents were people they knew well and cared for like family or close friends. These staff committed acts of bravery and self-sacrifice and because of them, many were saved. The Long Term and Continuing Care Association of [...]

Dear Family Members, As Holy Week approaches and the Lenten Season is transitioning into the beautiful Season of Resurrection, we reflect on how Holy Family celebrates this sacred time. Over this last year of the pandemic, streaming Divine Liturgies happened every Sunday and Wednesday mornings on resident units.
