A COVID-19 outbreak has been declared on St. Michael's (5A) and St. John's/St. Paul's (3C). The COVID-19 outbreak on St. Joseph's (4A) is continuing with no set date for resolution. July 23, 2024 Dear Residents and Families, Today we declared a Respiratory Outbreak of COVID 19 on 2A, Sacred Heart as per regional infection prevention and control and our medical director. We have 8 residents who have tested positive for COVID. We have initiated outbreak measures on the unit to prevent the spread of the virus to other residents within the unit and the home.
