The following is a news release from The Long Term and Continuing Care Association of Manitoba. The battle against Covid-19 in personal care, supportive housing and assisted living residences has been real, overwhelming and sadly heartbreaking. They have been hit the hardest, and even though staff and management fought hard and worked long and exhausting hours, they lost many residents. On March 10th, the staff at Holy Family Home were treated to a boxed Subway lunch from a generous anonymous family member. Cindy and Baljeet from Subway on Broadway dropped off boxed lunches with a sub, chips and cookie, for all staff on all shifts. Thanks again to our very generous donor from all the staff at Holy Family Home.
