The holiday season is upon us and I wanted to let you know that Holy Family Home continues to have different viruses circulating within the Home. We will continue to do our best to communicate this information on a regular basis. Signage is posted throughout the Home including the main entrance, elevators and on the units in outbreak when outbreaks occur. Please do not hesitate to reach out to the unit nurse or social workers if you have questions about outbreaks.
Outbreaks on St. John’s, St. Paul’s and St. Luke’s are resolved. Pre-outbreak measures are in place on Sacred Heart. which we are monitoring. Click for details.
