Dear Residents and Families,

Effective Monday October 18, 2021, all staff in the Home will either be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or have provided a negative COVID-19 test within the past 48 hours prior to their shift.  This is in adherence to the public health orders and in the best interest of protecting our residents, staff and families.

Current public health requirements do not require designated family caregivers to produce proof of vaccination.  In order to gain a more accurate reflection of the vaccination status of all persons entering the Home, we will be asking the designated family caregivers to voluntarily share their vaccination status when arriving at the Home.

With the changes required for staff entry into the Home as of October 18, 2021, we ask for your patience when arriving to visit at the Home, particularly during the times of shift change.

We again remind all visitors to the Home wear their masks fully (covering nose and mouth) and practice good hand hygiene and physical distance as much as possible.  We need and appreciate your cooperation.

Please keep Holy Family Home in your thoughts and your prayers.

Sincerely,

Tara-Lee Procter (Maciuszonek) – CEO
