Dear Families,
There are no active resident or staff cases in the home presently. We are hopeful the resolution of our outbreak will be in the very near future and will communicate this as soon as we have received confirmation.
We are looking forward to changes to the visitation guidelines in Holy Family Home with the resolution of the outbreak. This will enable designated family caregivers to visit in the resident room and more ability for other visitors to book visitation in the indoor visitation rooms.
Once we can enable these changes to occur, there will be further communication, including handouts explaining the processes and protocols that will be implemented.
In the interim, indoor visitation rooms are open for visits for designated family caregivers seven days a week (one person at a time). If a resident or unit requires isolation, visitation cannot occur. To schedule a visit, please contact Janice Buors at 204 589 7381, extension 265.
