March 7, 2023
Dear Families,
I wanted to share with everyone that today Holy Family Home is officially out of outbreak. The 4A St. Joseph’s unit RSV outbreak is over today March 7, 2023 as per Regional Infection Prevention and Control and our Medical Director. We did have two residents test positive for RSV during the outbreak. I wish to thank the staff, families and residents for following the outbreak protocols on the unit and preventing further spread on the unit. Today all activities can resume on the St. Joseph’s unit and residents can return to attending off unit events.
This week we did have some management changes within the home on the 4C and 4A units. Tanya Hoel is no longer working with the home. The other resident care managers have taken up responsibility of the fourth floor of the home. If you should have any questions or concerns about your loved ones please connect with the resident care manager as listed below:
- Janice Waitt extension 629

- Gayle Dyck extension 336

- Raj Mongru extension 326

If you have any questions please reach out to the nurse, social worker or manager of the unit.
Thanks,
