Dear Residents and Families:
We regret to inform you we have had additional COVID-19 positive resident cases.
We currently have 12 COVID-19 positive residents on 3CN – St. John’s, 1 resident on 3CS – St. Paul’s, 4 residents on 2A – Sacred Heart, 2 residents on 4A – St. Joseph’s, 1 resident on 2CN – St. Mary’s and 1 resident on 2CS – St. Francis. The families of these residents have been informed and if there are any issues with your family member, the unit staff will contact you by phone. There have been 22 residents test positive with COVID-19.
Visitation for 3CN – St. John’s, 3CS – St. Paul’s, 2A – Sacred Heart, 4A St. Joseph’s, 2CN – St. Mary’s and 2CS – St. Francis are suspended at this time. Exceptions will be made for compassionate reasons or end of life care.
There are currently 13 staff who are COVID-19 positive and isolating.
