November 19, 2021 Dear Residents and Families, We are saddened to share that a COVID-19 outbreak has been declared on 5A - St. Michael’s.  There has been one staff and one resident test positive.  The residents are all in isolation and all protocols have been implemented.    All of the residents’ families on this unit have been contacted by phone.
