On behalf of the Board of Directors I am pleased to advise you that Ms. Tara-Lee Procter (Maciuszonek) has been hired as the Chief Executive Officer with Holy Family Home effective July 1st, 2020.  Ms. Procter is currently the Regional Director Personal Care Home Program with the Interlake Eastern Reginal Health Authority where she is responsible for the overall operations, program development, and quality management for 12 directly operated facilities as well as oversight of 4 contracted sites and 3 First Nations personal care homes. 

Since 2011 Ms. Procter has been a member of an Accredited Canada Surveyor team, evaluating the quality performance of agencies and organizations against a nationally and internationally recognized set of standards to foster quality healthcare standards.

In her past Ms. Procter has worked in the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority in a number of positions:

  • Regional Program Director – Home Care;
  • Director of Operations Home Care Centralized Services;
  • Divisional Manager – Home Care;
  • Transition Manager – Long Term Care Access/Community Housing.

Ms. Procter graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Social Work in 1993. In 2016 she obtained a Masters of Public Administration degree through the combined program at the Universities of Manitoba and Winnipeg.  She also possesses a Graduate Certificate – Health Systems Leadership from Royal Roads University.

Of interest in the early 1990’s as a student Tara-Lee had worked at Holy Family Home. 

Tara-Lee has been able to arrange with her current employer to devote sometime with Jean Piche in the later part of June for an intensive and detailed orientation.
